I have worked in the mental health field since 2011 including community mental health and medical social work. Clinical work includes working with others on anxiety, depression, grief/loss, end of life issues, and life’s daily stressors while focusing on coping and learning how to effectively communicate. Assisting others in obtaining their best life is a passion that drives my practice and interactions with others.
Perinatal mental health is a growing field that integrates numerous fields. I recently completed training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and am working towards obtaining Perinatal Mental Health Certification.
Combining experience with individuals, couples, and families in community mental health settings and medical social work along with knowledge of perinatal mental health, I help individuals and families through a time full of adjustments and change.
